Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

My ideal client is anyone ready and willing to do the work, who wants to naturally address mental, emotional, and physical root causes of their health struggles by changing their lifestyle using scientific, evidence-based methods. I can work with any age or gender.

Often I work with individuals who are dealing with complex or long-standing health concerns and feel like they haven’t fully gotten answers elsewhere. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, dismissed, or unsure of where to start.

My approach is best suited for those who are open to a root-cause, systems-based perspective and are willing to explore the connections between nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and overall health.

I don’t focus on treating or diagnosing specific conditions. Instead, I work with the underlying patterns that may be contributing to symptoms such as fatigue, digestive issues, blood sugar dysregulation, hormonal imbalance, and immune-related concerns to help the body get back to balance.

Each plan is individualized based on your unique history and presentation.

I commonly work with individuals who are navigating:

  • Blood sugar concerns
  • Digestive symptoms
  • Fatigue
  • Hormonal concerns
  • Inflammation
  • Complex or chronic symptoms
  • Individuals looking for a root-cause approach

We begin with a deep dive into your health history, current symptoms, and lifestyle patterns. From there, we create a personalized plan focused on foundational support and sustainable changes.

As we continue working together, we refine and adjust based on how your body responds. This is an evolving process, not a one-time plan.

Every person is different, and there is no single timeline for change. Some people notice early shifts in energy, digestion, or clarity within days or weeks, while deeper patterns often take longer to shift.

Because the body adapts over time, longer-term work allows us to observe patterns, make adjustments, and support meaningful, sustainable change in a way that respects your individual journey. A “willing to do the work” attitude is key!

Yes! One-time sessions can be beneficial for clarity, education, or direction. You’re more than welcome to pay per appointment.

However, deeper pattern recognition and meaningful change typically require ongoing support, which is why people often choose structured coaching packages or to book multiple sessions.

At this time, services are private-pay only. This allows for a more personalized, in-depth approach that is not limited by insurance restrictions.

The first step is to reach out through the contact form or send me an email to kelly@renewedwellness.health. From there, we can schedule a discovery call to determine whether we are a good fit for each other, and schedule an initial consultation if so.

If you feel like there is a deeper story behind your symptoms and you are ready to take a more active role in understanding your health, this work may be a good fit for you.

If you are looking for quick fixes or short-term solutions, this approach may not align with your goals.

My approach is rooted in functional, systems-based thinking that looks at the body as an interconnected whole rather than a collection of isolated symptoms. I focus on root-cause exploration, personalized support, and sustainable change over time.

No — labs are not required to begin working together.

We start with your history, symptoms, lifestyle patterns, and goals to build a clear picture of what your body may need support with. From there, labs may be helpful in some cases, but they are optional and used as one piece of a much larger picture.

If lab testing feels appropriate, I will recommend it, and can send in a lab order for you, but testing depends on your individual situation. I will ask for any previous labs or testing before we get started to get a clear picture.

No. Any recommended supplements or functional testing are separate and only suggested when appropriate based on your individual needs and goals.

To help make recommendations more accessible, I offer 20% off supplement orders through Fullscript and provide functional testing at my direct cost whenever possible.

Our time together is designed to feel collaborative, supportive, and personalized to you.

We’ll take a deeper look at your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle patterns, and goals to better understand the bigger picture of your health. We may explore areas such as nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, digestion, blood sugar patterns, and other factors that can influence how you feel day to day.

Together, we’ll begin connecting the dots and identifying realistic, sustainable steps that fit your life. My goal isn’t to overwhelm you with a long list of changes — it’s to help you create meaningful progress in a way that feels manageable and supportive.

Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, empowered, and with greater clarity about your next steps.

Many of the people I work with come to me feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, or like they’ve tried countless approaches without finding the answers they’re looking for. Sometimes it’s not about trying harder — it’s about taking a step back and looking at the bigger picture.

My goal is to approach your story with fresh eyes, curiosity, and compassion. We’ll work together to identify patterns, connect the dots, and create a plan that feels realistic and personalized to you.
